Hey, I'm doing my first Warrior Dash next month and don't know the best type of clothes to wear. Obviously not cotton. What bottoms? capris, shorts, tight bike shorts? many thanks

1/2 marathon, 4 weeks away
I have only run 5k's, nothing more.....without training, how realistic is it to complete a 1/2 marathon 4 weeks away? All you avid runners, educate me.

Weights
Hey shredders! Know that our bodies are capable of much more than we think....we are machines! With that said, don't be afraid to use heavier weights as you progress in the shred. If you don't have any, go old school and fill empty milk jugs with sand, pennies, water....whatever. Good luck and happy shredding!

Exercise help for torn quad....please!!!
I have torn/pulled my quad something awful and need suggestions for non-strenuous exercises. I need to increase circulation without re-injuring myself. Ideally I need to be completely healed by June. I already do the RICE method and apply heat. Any and all suggestions are welcome!

NSV- p90x sphinx push-ups
I can finally do 1 sphinx push-up (without knees)!....and 8 consecutive with knees. Anybody doing p90x hopefully can appreciate this.

5k to 4miles
I'm running a 5k (which I have done many times...though slowly) in two weeks. I will also be running a 4 miler thanksgiving day. This will be the most distance I have ever run, i understand 4 miles is only .8 more than a 5k, but does anyone have any tips to push myself the rest of the way? thanks
