The pain varies from person to person. I wouldn't necessarily call it "pain" though, more like annoying discomfort. For me, I've noticed that fatty areas and bony areas are the most sensitive. Happy inking!

But alcohol and tobacco are ok? These two take the cake for "highly addictive substances." Alcohol is the biggest culprit for producing a society of people unable to make informed, rational and logical decisions as a result of being under the influence. How many deaths have occurred due to marijuana usage, as opposed to…

For your first 5k, just show up and have fun. Set mini goals, like running the entire first mile or only walking during the water stops. The distance is relatively short so you don't need to "carb load." I usually eat half a bagel w/peanut butter or a kashi bar a couple hours prior. Good luck, you'll do fine.

My advice is buy what fits you now....it is much easier to take a dress in than let it out. I bought my dress this past weekend...not a fun experience when you don't feel comfortable in your own skin....but it had to be done. End result, my dress looks incredible on.

I wore tight fitting tech capris, a wicking tank and bathing suit bottoms (under the capri's) when I got changed, no lie I was bone dry with no mud anywhere....for shoes, I wore an older pair of cross trainers. They did get disgusting, but after washing them, they came out like new. Also, wear wicking socks.

Good for you! There is an arsenal of tips and training programs on the internet. C25k is a popular one....just google it. On race day, remember to have fun. By signing up and committing to finish makes you a winner.....and if you have to walk then you have to walk. There is no shame in having to slow down your pace, listen…

Hey this is me. I'm 5'4 and currently 165lbs. My highest was 172. For me this is a very slow process, and I attept to not get discouraged. I mix my workouts up to keep me interested. I am currently doing Les Mills Combat along with running and soccer. I am more paying attention to measurements than the scale, I find it…

He's going to wear whatever he wants. It's his day too. We are getting married on the beach in Key West, so if he chooses board shorts, that's fine by me. But a tux or suit is probably out of the question.

Sweetie, I'm no doctor, but i'm educated enough to know that at your height, 111 lbs is probably not a good idea. At the end of the day, only your opinion about yourself counts.
-
You're 117 lbs and you are trying to lose weight?
-
Results will vary by the person. I am also 5'4 with a broad, thick build. I currently weigh 165lbs and wear an 11/12, though at my smallest of 137lbs, I wore a 9/10. My goal is between 140-145, but that works for me. Find what works for you and try not to rely on what others are doing. We all gain and lose weight…
