I am working up running again this time small steps, I do not want to burn myself out like I did in the past. Also, I would to run my first half marathon 2016. Start off with baby steps run 1/2 mile than walk 1/2 mile whatever works for you but take your time.

My first advice is to speak with your doctor about depression. There a reason, why you are depress. Second, I suggest to speak with a nutrition who can work out a meal plan with you. I had a look at your diary....Try to eat more protein and workout 3-4 times a week for 45mins. Eat every two hours between meals. Make sure you log accurately and measure all your foods. Also, try to add strength in your workout. Good Luck
