I like using my moms every onc in awhile but would prefer a treadmill or elliptical at my own house. Definitely a great workout but whoa...felt like I was going to injure myself a few times. Needs concentration. Lol.

I love it! My fave way to have green berry is 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup water and a banana. Chocolate is my favorite! My usual is 1 cup water or 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup water with a banana. It's also great with frozen black cherries. Enjoy! It's done wonders for me!

As a working mom of three, I can tell you that I *totally* understand life getting in the way. I have had two 5 day vacations, Thanksgiving and a family birthday party all in the last month. You just reminded me to put it on my grocery list. My fave is the Silk Soy nog. I love it -- soooo much better fat/calorie wise and I love that it's not as thick. So yummy in coffee, too!

I actually just quit my gym membership last month and have been doing P90X at home. All I have are a few dumbbells, a resistance band and a pullup bar. I got them all at Ross/TJ Maxx for cheap!! Plus, pushups and tricep dips are free. :)
