there is currently an active thread where a guy did a fad diet, ate 800 calories a day, lost a bunch of weight fast, and he is STILL receiving congratulations. I did a thread about the double standard of roasting women who do the 800 a day and the congrats for a guy that does it. it makes no sense. NONE

many people benefit from the group experience whether it be yoga or zumba or spin and I imagine P90X working out with others your pace and intensity can be increased tremendously by the motivation of the group experience something to consider

based on the nutritional "advice" you spout, a cartoon guiding your course seems as plausible as any other.
-
I really hate to be the one to break this to you, but basing your nutrition on a cartoon is not the best aproach it does explain you though...so there is that

no that is the reason so many use the elliptical because as you said..."much easier" learn to enjoy the "pump" of a good weight lifting session

QUIT you keep saying this and it will never be true cite a source that says green veggies have adequate protein you are doing a disservice to this community

I have learned not to argue with you. If you are happy with your body and the way it looks, then good for you. But your advice about nutrition is off base and incorrect and extreme vegan. There is nothing wrong with vegan but you are an extremist. good luck

there is an older guy who looks to be in pretty good shape but he must do 40 sets of leg extensions every time I am there and he uses so much weight (for him) that he is literally bouncing the weight and himself all over the place. The strain on his knees has to be absurdly dangerous. Many guys will watch and shake their…

unless you want enough protein to maintain muscle mass fruits and veggies are great foods and you should eat them but they are NOT an adequate source of protein
-
no offense dude but I know you think you get enough protein from fruit and veggies and that just is not true
-
for a really thicker protein you can use micellar creme casein by syntrax or MRM chocolate whey MRM whey is pretty inexpensive and the vanilla and chocolate mix well and are tasty I dont care for the MRM casein though I buy all my protein online either thru amazon.com or any one having the best sale I also mix the vanilla…
