I definately dont subscribe to the 'eat more to lose more' thing. as i have a low metabolism anyway..if anything. I dont eat enough some days. But I am working on that and try to at least hit a net cal of 1200 a day. So.. guess i will just have to weather the storm and accept that it will take some time to start losing…

obviously.. :D personally i find a distinct lack of good quality creepy friends. Around my age a lot of them disintegrate into grown ups.

I can definately relate to that. My chest gets no bigger no matter what i weigh. Though also doesnt get any smaller.. lol. and I can relate to the skinny leg pant issues. all my weight is that of a pregnant shape. oh joy.

The recipe I use appears a bit different. but We kiwis are a bit of an odd lot. This works with rolled or steel cut oats. slow cooker porridge. STarted out at 230lb and have lost 35lb so far. Noone has really said anything unless i tell them i have lost it. Even people who i dont see very often. I carry most of my weight in my body. So my limbs dont change much. But yeah I expected someone to notice by now. What's a lil disheartening.. is I can't see any change…
