As of today.. I am down 31kg. (68lb) and am now finally only considered overweight instead of morbidly obese. Some good ideas in there. Thankyou. As I don't live in the United States, A lot of the foods I eat aren't listed so I get them from the packaging and such. I am a bit pedantic about that. Also. I took a month break from my exercise to get my baseline so I have already done that. Just have to try this and see how it goes.

Try resetting it. put it in the charger and press a pin into the spot at the base of the cradle for 3 or 4 secs. fixed mine right up

well my 2c worth is my own experience. I am not a breakfast person. I dont eat for first 2 hrs after i wake or i get stomach cramps. but when i do i have discovered a few things. Firstly cereal makes me hungry really quickly. A poached eat on toast does not. plain toast lands somewhere in the middle. So seems sugar first…

Its a great day. I hit that day 3 weeks ago.. and I am still buzzing about it. My cholestrol is within the normal range. I am no longer insulin resistant and best of all. Not sure if it works with that model but the process is easy enough. Endomondo on phone. Go to the 3 little squares top right of the screen Accessory settings connect to sensors and you are there. goodluck

Personally I don't avoid them. I make the most of it. I guess its a matter of perspective. If my friends are foodies (and most of them are) they eat all the food. lol. Yep. I Have lost 50lb and a not even 3 inches off my bust. bra sizes are a bit different where I live but essentially till i get to a healthy weight they wont drop in size at all.
