Firstly I don't have a hrm that calculates calories, or I wouldn't need to ask in the first place what my burn is. Secondly its for a weight training workout. Not cardio. Thirdly, My hrm is rubbish so I don't use it for weight training.

Yep another 3 squares a day here. I don't tend to snack cause my brain doesnt understand how A peice of fruit or A couple of crackers etc is just a snack and I find myself wanting more almost instantly. 5'4 and 42. My current goal is 154lb (70kg) I started out at 230lb (104kg) I havn't been lower than 165lb since i was 18 so I have NO idea what my frame actually is or how I will look untill I get there. But my theory is.. wait till I get there then reevaluate my goals.

You are still eating at a deficit. Your calories are maint minus a set percentage. Which is determined by how much you are trying to lose per week. Bigger loss goal, bigger defiicit.
