14 month plateau and trying not to give up.

So I am looking for some snack ideas. I live in New Zealand and we dont have the prepackaged snacks that you guys in America seem to have, and am curious.. what else do you guys all munch on around the 100cal mark. oh any recipe ideas welcomed :) (woot my 100th post.. go me. lol)

cals burned ... help?
So I have endomondo on my phone.. when i do a weight training workout, it says for 40 min, I burn about 450cal. MFP on the other hand says for 40min, I am burning 166cals. So. I am not sure which is accurate. mfp seems too low and endomondo seems too high. What do you all do?
