I use stevia and get it from the health food store, a smallish bottle runs around 15 dollars. but you need a quarter tsp or less. if you use too much it has a licorish after tase that is just nasty. I can't bake with it much, just sweeten tea and drinks. anything in excess is bad. so be careful

No 'empty' calories, if it doesn't have any nutritional value...except Jello... don't buy it.

a peach has 8 sugars, a cup of sliced strawberries has 13 (that's a lot of strawberries) a cup of diced watermelon has 10.. these all have fiber.
