I ordered them last Thursday, and they arrived on Monday - so not long at all. One bag is 150g and that was plenty mixed with the chicken I had :-) xx

If it is a true rest day then you wouldnt do anything, but I know some people feel guilty if they do absolutely nothing - so go for a walk for an hour or something :-) x

I will have a 'spike' day once every couple of weeks. I don't literally plan to do it - but sometimes I want to go out for a nice meal with friends so I won't worry too much...and then when TOM comes along I KNOWWW I will have a bad day (see yesturday!) xx

I always use E45 all over body moisturiser! Brilliant stuff! x

I put some turkey pieces in there (I get the tikka chunks from Tesco) or some chicken Or I put in some bacon... Or some mattesons sausage. Then I put bbq sauce on top (dont ask - im addicted to bbq sauce!!) lol

I wouldnt jump all the way up to 1600 straight away. Ive gone from 1200 to 1500 - this is my first week. If I dont gain this week, I will leave it another week and make sure I dont gain, and then I shall go up to what it actually says I should be on! xx

Yep! Deffo got there! I got down to 9 and a half stone - which I NEVER thought I would get to but it was UGW! - and then I realised that I am not done. Im not trying to lose anymore weight, I am now gaining definition across my whole body and getting happier and happier each week with my progress :D

I have pics on my profile which show my progress...and I am due to take photos again in 2 weeks (I do it every 4 weeks) I do kill it in all of my classes! I try as hard as I can! :D

I do lift weights - weights which I struggle with on the 9/10th rep. I did say that already :S xx

Im worried that eating back my exercise calories means that I just shouldn't have bothered going to the gym!

I eat some of each. If I ate meat all of the time I would be waaayyyy over on my fat, so I eat quorn when I am having a day where I need to keep the fat levels down! XX
