Yes, it is the same muscle - so don't be fooled into thinking there are 2 muscles there! The lower 'tummy' section is the last to go (lame) - I measured myself 2 weeks ago, and I have lost an inch from my waist and an inch from below my bust line... and nothing from my belly section at the moment, proving exactly that!…

Thats a good idea. I used to have babybel lights - but they are 42cals so I am a bit dubious of eating one (therefore taking 42cals away from my dinner allowance). The only veggies I like are peas and carrots - and I have soup for lunch (vegetable, minestrone, leek and potato) so I cant really eat veg on the side of that. I have soup nearly every day (different soups mind!!) with un-buttered cream crackers or crisp rye-breads. If you are needing a change, have a small jacket potato with beans (no butter).. or maybe a sandwich with brown bread. There are plenty of things you can switch up! x

If you put all of your sets and reps under strength training, then search weight training under 'cardio' - you will get some calories for it :-) x

I have ALWAYS been obsessed! And people are now used to it! They even ask me how many calories things have!! Its a good thing - trust me. When you are out and about, you know how many calories are in certain things and what you can or cannot eat! xx

If you body copes with your workout 'empty' - then stick with that (its what I do - I cant eat at like 6am!!) But, if you lack energy or cant complete a normal workout then maybe you should try eating something. Even just a banana! x
