Great photos, you must be feeling 'on top of the world'! Also, loved the little bio/write-up!

Maybe change your settings to maintain your current weight for your holiday. This way, you should be able to indulge nd have some peace of mind about it.

Get yourself a nifty 50...1.8

Hot tea with honey and lemon.... works every time!

Beer, greasy Mcdonald's cheeseburger, hot bath, nap.

Sounds about right to me! When you're hungry, eat. When you're not hungry, don't eat.

My favorites are Lipton Chai, Stash Ginger Peach Green Tea, and my go-to tea nearly every day is orange pekoe, with a lemon wedge, and a packet of stevia.

I feel the same way as you, every time the weather changes. I find it really helps me to go for a tan at the tanning salon- I try to force myself to go when I have really down days.

I LOVE that name for a girl :)

Neat! You look great! Nice photos :)

Hello and welcome to MFP! When we cook at home, I enter the information under recipes. This way, I can enter every ingredient I am using, enter the amount of servings, and then save it into my database so that I can come back to it later. If you're entering a schnitzel, it should work really well. :)

I wouldn't have the heart to kennel our dog. Have you considered a house sitter? Maybe there's a reliable university student nearby who'd like a little 'holiday' at your place?

I love Dave and this is a great sounding tune- I guess I need to watch Joshua!

I don't add any calories that I may have burned cleaning, or from a busy day at work. To me, I see that as normal life task, and my activity level should have accounted for it. I do make sure to log any exercise that is beyond 'normal' - swimming, walking the dog, skiing. Hope this helps. The worst outcome of you not…

Yes, I think it's Kale. You can also roast it in the oven. :)

The fact that you're stating you CAN'T do this says a lot about your approach to losing weight. Start telling yourself that you CAN, and that you MUST lose, and then MAKE IT HAPPEN. YOU are the only one that can make it happen.

My boyfriend won't let me buy another kitchen appliance- he's afraid it will be in storage 364 days of the year right next to my bread maker :) I've recently tried dehydrated bananas and they were AMAZING!

Thanks for sharing & great write-up!

Another one to try is Mann's Sugar Snap Peas, sprinkled with oil and dusted with taco seasoning mix. The 'recipe' is on the back of the bag. You'll never miss the carbs- I swear!

Eggs I also wish I didn't have a fish allergy because it all looks so darn tasty to me!

I've made these and they turned out quite nice. You could try doing soup mix in a jar- allrecipes.com has it listed as Friendship Soup. Salsa would be a very heathy option. I'll be giving out Hot Buttered Rum mix- not the healthiest option but most certainly one of life's little pleasures!

Puss in Boots, 3D, with my 6 year old niece. Really cute- I actually enjoyed myself at a kid's movie for once! 4.5/5

Great job...how inspiring! Love the clothes you're trying on too.... you look amazing!

The cleanse with the lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and honey. Not sure if it's really a 'diet' per say, but it's aimed at people trying to jump start their weight loss!
