I made this a few weeks ago. We found it very salty, but Im sure well make it again. It was excellent on salad. We used 4 breasts, and a half bottle of Franks. 145 cals/serving 2370 mgs of sodium!

The worst part is the pinch from the injection... just remember that whatever happens, you'll be walking out the room five minutes afterwards. Make sure to eat well before you go. You'll be fine and will feel much better when it's gone!

Yes, I would go back to the store- sounds like your foot isn't landing properly with the fit.

We use Yves Veggie ground round in place of the beef- you'd never be able to tell the difference! Sometimes we use a can of drained lentils, and cook it up with an onion and taco seasoning...another great option. Try making a taco salad- delicious!.

Beer was one of the biggest issues for me, too. It was also one of the reasons I ended up so overweight to begin with. Beer season for me is just around the corner(summer), so I'm doing my best to shape up now so that I can enjoy a few in moderation. I've cut back significantly over time. I don't think you should cut it…

I joined a community based 'Learn to Run' program last spring and went from couch to 5K in ten weeks. Having other people do it with me was really helpful, and also kept me motivated to do my running homework. Trust me, if I can do it, so can you! Maybe you could look into something like that?

GMAIL and I love my Google reader!

Gasp! You look amazing! I'd kill for a figure like yours :)

I joined a 'Learn to Run' program at the local gym... best advice I can give you. It provides you the motivation to keep pushing.. Good luck- your body and mood will love you for it :)

Yes! I've tried to do this to several pals who had dramatic posts and ended up accidentally deleting them. Oops!

Fudgesicles..... and I keep dark chocolate in the freezer so that I only eat one piece at a time. :)

I've started doing the Kettleworx DVD's this past week. with a 5 pound kettlebell and boy, what a workout. I'm having trouble doing the stairs at work- this is how I know I'm working every muscle.

I'm having the same trouble as you.... the first 19 pounds came off easily, but I've been hovering at the same weight for two months now. I'm trying to not to get discouraged, but it's getting a little frustrating.

Me too! Thanks :)

We love to camp. Our new discovery last year was roasting the fresh corn right above the red coals ( with the husks on) and letting them roast for about an hour. Delicious and worth the wait! Hobo Packets are good too- lean ground beef, potatoes & veggies, and some taco seasoning in a foil packet. Let sit on the fire for…

If you're really serious about running, then you should be really serious about your shoes. If you do decide to research on your own before buying at Sears, take a look at this video from runnersworld.com. It will help you to figure out what type of arch you have and then give you a list of shoes that will work for your…

You are NOT alone. The last thing that you probably want to do is exercise, but getting outside for a quick walk will really help. Take care of yourself- long baths, healthy foods, naps if you need them. I hope you start feeling better soon and that your appointment goes well. :flowerforyou:

Yes! Absolutely.

This is a favorite in our house: http://www.companyscoming.com/recipes/cumin-lentils/2009/1/639/ Also, we substitute them for ground beef and make taco salads. Drain and rinse, add them to a saucepan with an onion and taco seasoning- delish!

Ko Lipe island, Thailand, with a cold beer in my hand and the sun on my hair :)

Huge fan of Thai food. Relax- it's just a meal and Thai cuisine is generally loaded with vegetables and other fresh ingredients. Most of it will be high sodium- I don't think you can get around that. Green Curry or Tom Yum Soup(hot and sour) would be good options. Also, fresh rolls on the side with tofu rather than pork.…

Great job- and just remember that the hardest part is getting out of the door :)

Absolutely!

Holy crap! Those are the probably the best 30 day shred results I have seen on this site.... great job!

On Sunday I take 20 minutes to portion out brocolli slaw, fresh fruits and vegetables. I find that when things are portioned out, cleaned and cut up, I always eat them.

Best Roast Beef- I can't eat it any other way after preparing it like this! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/awesome-slow-cooker-pot-roast/detail.aspx

I'm having a similar work clothes problem.... I wear Gap Modern Boot dress pants, and plan to pick up two new pairs tonight in a size or two smaller.

Try throwing some in with whole wheat pasta after it's been cooked- you can replace half of the calories with the spinach. Also, sneak it into smoothies.

I've heard of people making their own microwave packs with oil and seeds. You'll need to use a brown paper bag and a staple.... something to look into!
