I have lost and gained more times than I can count and each time I gain more!! However, I am no longer dieting since I started MFP 2 months ago and I have lost 21.2 pounds! I have off days, but it seems I can just jump back the next day...so much easier this way and I hope I really lose those 50 pounds for good!

I have tried low carb diets, and while I lost a great deal of weight, it always comes back. I started MFP a little over a month ago and have lost 18 pounds without watching carbs. I am enjoying my food and never feel hungry. I feel so much better. The weight loss is slower, but I feel this is something I can stick with.…
