The benefits are is that lemons promote a healthy digestion system. Overall, I feel better just drinking water (average 10 to 12 glasses a day) which is great for the body as it releases toxins, bumps up your metabolism, etc. I do add freshly squeezed lemons (or limes) to give my water an extra kick.

You can use eiither a kettle bell or dumbell rangin from 3 to 8 lbs. I use 8 lb dumbbell. I strated with a 15 lb kettlebell but it was too intense.
