Be sure to measure yourself and not focus too much on the the scale. I did two rounds (30 day per round of ) of 30 Day Shred. I lost inches vs. weight. While there is some cardio in these workouts it's nothing to make to much noise for your downstairs neighbors. Have been doing great - no alchohol at all! I have been gong over on carbs. For the most part, I do eat my carbs duiring the dey vs. evening. I did miss a workout yesterday due to a busy day. All is going will in Texas!

I did not lose weight from 30 Day Shred but I did lose inches. Also, my posture, muscle tone, and stamina for other workouts (i.e. treadmill, etc) has signficantly improved. Totals 1,372 cal, 241 protien, 20 fat, 20, 114 protein, 2077 sodium, 64 sugar. The sugar was natural and came from the greek protein, prunes, and blueberries. I notied that after a weekend of drinking, my stomach was so bloated and digestive system is out of whack. I am glad to be on this challenge.

I do Ripped In 30 and sometimes follow by a 30-minute treadmill workout. Sometimes, I do JM's Shred It Weights and then do RI30. Some other days, I will combine two levels from the RI30 workout making it a 1-hour long session. Hope this helps.

I have 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism, and Shred it With Weights. I love them all but my very favorite one is Banish Fat/ Boost Metabolism. I have Extreme Shed and Shred and Fast Kickboxing but I was really disapointed with both DVDs.

It is a great book. It is now on paperback. She offered a lot of insight as to how we damage our metabolism. The book offers a great overview of how our hormones work together and what happens to our body when the hormones are no longer in sync. The book also offers a diet eating plan as well. I recommend the book.

Forgot to mention that I did log in both ways- - Strength training was 191 calories burned and general circuit was 508 calories burned. Big difference :-).
