My diary from yesterday may not be that ideal. I did break my "Be Fit April" challenge of not drinking alchohol. I had to celebrate because I was offered a new job offer! I am a branding/marketing professional so the job is a perfect match for me. So excited that I had to celebrate!

What am I doing wrong? I just can't loose the weight! I have been working out since June 2011 at least 4 to 5 days of the week. My workout sessions combine wt training and cardio (workouts are 1 hr and 15 minutes). My caloric range is from 1400 to 1500 calories. Since the weight scale won't budge, I figure that maybe I…
