I had the same problem. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old. Never lost the weight from the 1st one. After the 2nd. I was 212 a year later im 165. Its a battle everyday but worth it!!! Keep your head up!! Its great support here. Im on and off on here but feel free to add me!!

I love meeting new people and getting support for each other. I'm been on here awhile, but stopped using it. So now I'm trying to get back into using it everyday!! Just take it slow, baby steps. One meal at a time, one workout at a time. I have a thing with depression and anxiety. But I noticed when I have a schedule with exercise and food. it releases some of my craziness and the day goes smoother

idk about the veggie melody. I thought it came with broccoli. But it doesn't matter any veggie is better than fries!!! just ask that they cook them dry,no oil no butter)

i have had the salmon, i thought it was called firecracker salmon lol. its good. i get it with the stuff on the side or plain with lemon. no rice extra veggie

Make sure it;s lean protein, cuz high protein can turn into fat if its fatty protein
