I am in the same boat as you. My goals are to wear a 2 piece and have the body I worked hard for and to look very close to a fitness model. It's a long way off but, only I can make those things happen!

So 3 days a week I do TBC. Chest, back, shoulders, bi's and tri's. Then mon-fri I do abs and cardio. I use cable machines and free weights. I have recently started doing kettlebell workouts. I've been uping the intensity of my cardio. I usually stick to elliptical since the treadmill hurts my knees. I also play floor…

I just started today, so I did a variation on my crunches. I almost didn't make it through the planks, I was super shakey!!

I am 5'2 3/4 Currently at 152 as of last sunday. I am shooting for 130 and then will reevaluate a possible lower weight. I have decided to stop saying I wanna be "Skinny" and say I wanna be fit. Being skinny is over rated!!

I recommend checking out some videos on youtube the channel is workoutsforwomen. There is a lot of kettlebell work in there and it has been great!!

I am 5' 2 I currently weight 155. My goal weight to start is 130, once I reach that I may look to lower my weight again.
