I just started today, so I did a variation on my crunches reg., oblique and reverse. I almost didn't make it through the planks, I was super shakey!! I think this is a really good idea!!
So I have been working out pretty good for the last 3 weeks and eating right. I do have my cheats once a week. I have only loss 1.5 lbs so far. I am starting to get discouraged.
