Lift heavy, build your gluts with squats and hips raise......but know that you can't really build muscle when eating at a deficit.

Yes. You are over thinking this. Take your pills, eat your calories. If you lose weight too fast or feel weak, up your calories.

Well if it is your first time, you will probably have to experiment to see what work for you. Try it that way and monitor how you feel. Good luck

Amazing story

well I have been doing this for 3 years and a half....2 weeks is nothing. The scale is just one of the tools I use to see if what I am doing work. For exemple today, I am up 2 pounds, but down 1 inch at my thighs. Second, to gain one pound of fat, you have to eat an extra 3500 calories....did you eat that much? I don't…

Other people think less about you than you think. I say fake confidence until you feel it. Go there, act as if you belong and in no time, you will

I do it, the only way I can shift the last few pounds. It is not too hard but you have to find how to make it work for you.

I do 5:2 And it Is a bit the basic of it since it is 2 days very low calories and 5 days at maintenance.

I do 5:2 and love it. IF might not be for everyone......many women in particular seem to have adverse effect with it, it is worth a try but monitor closely how you feel.

They don't see results because you can't exercise a bad diet. Go to the gym to be healthy, eat at a calorie deficit to lose weight. I walk for cardio and lift weight, I rarely sweat like a pig and I am healthy and lean.

I setteled for 140 pounds for many years than lost another 15 pounds with MFP in about 3 months. In those last years where I was prettu much maintaining.....I still lost a few pounds…

Running 2-3 miles a day on 900 calories. I won't go "STARVATION MODE!!!!!!!" what I will say is you are stressing your body and you probably have better luck with eating more nutrient dense food and a food scale

At first, it is normal to lose fast...then it should level up....that being said, if your weight lose is still too fast compared to your calories intake, I would advise you to consult your DR. I remember a Thread where someone was losing too fast and ended almost in a diabetic coma. The fast lost was an indication that…
