No, stress make me lose my appetite. I remember when my ex tried to take custody of our daughter away from me, I was preggo at the time and gained a whopping 4 pounds the whole pregnancy.

Don't change everything at once......it can feel too overwhelming. Record what you eat at first, see where you can easily make changes (ex drinking to many calories). Go for a walk. You can do it. Good luck

Calm down people. I do 5:2 and even 4:3 from time to time. Perfectly healthy and sustainable. At first the weight loss is bigger but it slow down with time. Great job OP
