Meatballs that I bought at Costco: Made with chicken, teriyaki and pineapple. Bake in the oven and am serving them with a big green salad.

I had the same problem when I first started MFP. I used stool softeners for a couple days and that helped the problem get going. After that didn't need them anymore. Eat lots of fiber, fresh fruits and drink the water. It will get going again.

I weigh myself first thing in the morning with just a light nightgown on, and before I have anything to drink or eat. For me this is the best time.

I get a veggie delight 6 in sandwich on whole wheat bread, no cheese and no mayo or oil and vinegar. Only mustard. You put all the veggies you want and it is a very filling sandwich, with not so many calories.

I have to edit my post - I went back to American Heart Association information and it is 30g of sugar not 20 g and this does not include the natural sugars in foods consumed. So I guess the amount of sugar I'm consuming is not that bad after all. I will just have to watch the snacks and liquids that I consume that have…

I would love to be included. I only need 5 more pounds lost and I will be where I want to be. :flowerforyou:

Nutella contains Palm Oil which I thought was bad for you. I try to stay away from foods that have this in it. I guess it may be okay in moderation as everything else is.

I like to put a tablespoon chunky peanut butter on a toasted whole grain english muffin. I find it really filling.

I cook a pork butt roast in the slow cooker with some chopped onion and 1 env. onion soup mix. When done, after about 6 or 7 hours, take it out and shred, put back in and add your favorite barbeque sauce. I use Sweet Baby Ray's. Serve open face on a bun or make a whole sandwich. Don't know the calorie count, but it sure is…

Oh sounds yummy. Pumpkin pie is one of my favorites. Thanks for the recipe.

This is what happened to me to.

Pizza is one of my very favorite fast foods. I just go with my husband, order a medium pepperoni pizza, eat 2 of the smallest slices I can find, and he eats the rest. Satisfies my pizza want and I get back "on the wagon" the next day. Nothing wrong with treating yourself once in a while, just don't overdo it.

I tried Slim Fast and it didn't work for me. I now use Jillian Michaels whey protein powder mixed with non-fat milk (1 cup with 1 scoop protein powder). Put in a couple pieces of ice and shake till well mixed. Really good and it keeps me full until my mid afternoon snack. I use this for my lunch.

I'm 5ft 3 in and 70 yrs old. Right now I want to get down to 165lbs (started at 182lbs). When I get there, I will see if I want to lose more and also see what my Dr. says. The older you get the harder it is to lose, but it can be done. With all my medical problems, it is hard to do exercises, but I do try to do stationery…

Boy do these sound good. Going to try them.

First of all, I don't consider myself on a "diet". That word seems to block my ability to lose weight. I consider myself changing my way of eating for a better healthful me. I do the cooking for my husband and myself and I jut eat smaller portions. Nothing is off the table. When I had kid at home a long time ago, I did…

I don't like water either. I started using lemonade flavored Kool Aid and put splenda in it for the sweetner. Wal-Mart has Kool Aid for 20 cents a packet and it makes 2 quarts.

Thanks guys. This makes me feel better. Not usually a worry wort, but this kind of freaked me out. Thanks again.

I watched Dr. Oz program today and he had a guy on that teaches people how to eat carbs. He says to eat high carbs one day and low carbs the next and alternate for 6 days. On the 7th day, eat anything you want in moderation. Makes sense to me - I wish I could remember his name. Did anyone else watch it?
