Weight Watchers
Many, many years ago I joined WW and lost 42 lbs which put me at 130 lbs. However, I did not control my consumption of food and pretty soon the lbs came back on. Anyone out there trying to lose weight using the WW ready made food products? If so, how is this working for you. I find that their products are very sodium laden…

Calorie Intake
I know this has been probably addressed before but I just want to make sure I'm looking at my calorie intake correctly. Todays exercise is 291 cal. burned - So 1200 cal. daily goal plus 29l cal. burned equals 1,49l calories for today. So if I eat between 1200 and 1491 calories today, I should lose weight? Am I looking at…

HELP -OVER ON FAT
I've logged in my food for the day and I'm over on my fat. With my new calculations starting today, my total fat is supposed to be 40G, Carbs 150G and Protein 60G. My normal daily activity is supposed to be 1,680 cal. a day with daily goal of 1,200. If I eat up to the 1,680 cal. I will probably be over in the other…

Sugar intake for Women
I just read the daily sugar intake for Women should be no more than 20g a day. This was posted by the American Heart Association. My sugar intake for today which is just breakfast is already 17g. The most being from fat free milk. Do you keep track of your sugar intake and what do you do to keep it down?

Answering Questions
Please people, please stop using questionable language on the board. Some people are offended by what you say so lets keep it clean. Thank You - I suppose you are going to tell me if I don't like it, go somewhere else - well I just might do that.

Sugar
Can someone tell me about sugar intake? The AHA and ADA and the Mayo Clinic as well as WebMD shows that the daily total of sugar intake should be no more than 60g per day for women. However, they also encourage you to eat as many fresh fruits and veggies as you can for a healthy diet. If you eat a lot of fresh fruit, it…

Artificial Sweetners
What do you use for your sweetners, beside sugar. I've been using Splenda for many years, which BTW is approved for diabetics by the American Diabetic Association. I've heard pros and cons about all of them but just curious as to what everyone else is using. If you are using artificial sweetners, did your Dr. recommend it…

Spanx
Anyone tried this product to help you hold in your tummy? I think I was born to always have a tummy and old time girdles used to be the death of me when I worked years ago. Or should I just put up with it and say "Oh Well".

Exercise Bar
Has anyone had success with muscle toning using the Tony Little exercise bar and video? I need to tighten up a lot and would like to invest in this product if it works. I know it only works if you use it, but would like to have my MFP opinions before I invest in it. Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Protein Powder
Anyone ever heard of a protein powded called Unjury Vanilla Protein Powder? I saw an ad for it and thought I would check into it. You have to order it online and it looks like it might be expensive if you use it a lot like they suggest. Any thoughts?

Feeling Stuffed
I know I am supposed to eat back calories from exercise, but when I do, I feel so full and not sure this is good. I think I eat a pretty well rounded menu but at the end of the day, I'm under my calories for the day. I have tried to eat more, but honestly, I feel way to full and sometimes miserable after eating more.…

Sparkling Water
I ran across this in the store a couple weeks ago. Sparkling ICE flavored waters - zero calories. Anyone else drinking this? I just love it and it helps me get my water in almost every day. Don't like plain water so this has helped me a lot. I am not affiliated with this product in any way, just wondering if anyone else…

Sugar
I know sugar is sugar no matter which way you consume it. However, is the natural sugar in fruits okay to consume over your daily limit? I've added sugar to my daily diary counts and after having breakfast, I'm over my count for the entire day. Should I be worried about this?

Recumbent Bicycle
Anyone own one of these? I'm thinking about getting one so I can get some kind of exercise everyday instead of at the gym twice a week. Any feedback will be helpful so I can make an informed decision. Thanks.

Exercise calories
This has probably been asked before, but do you eat back your exercise calories? Seems to me that if you eat them back, you would just be maintaining your current weight - am I wrong? I was eating them back and was stalled at losing any weight . Only lost 0.8 this past week. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Housework
I just got through thoroughly cleaning three rooms in my house (2 bathrooms and one large bedroom) which I feel I did a lot of exercise activity such as bending, reaching, vacuuming, washing windows and walls, etc. Should I count this as part of my exercise activity for the day as I really did work up a sweat and if so,…

Sweating to the Oldies
Anyone have those old vcr tapes that Richard Simmons did for weight loss? I found a couple that I had from years ago and I'm going to use them this winter when I can't get outside to exercise (not going out in 25 degree weather). They really keep you moving!!

Fell off the wagon today
Today was not a good day for me. Made bad food choices. Will get back on the wagon tomorrow and hope I didn't undo everything I've done. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has done this. One bad day doesn't make you unfit, just human.

Eating when full
If you are under your calories, etc. at the end of the day, especially after dinner, and you are full, do you eat some more in order to bring your count up?
