Sugar

I know sugar is sugar no matter which way you consume it. However, is the natural sugar in fruits okay to consume over your daily limit? I've added sugar to my daily diary counts and after having breakfast, I'm over my count for the entire day. Should I be worried about this?

I wouldn't worry about it unless you have diabetes or some other metabolic condition. Even that "sugar is poison" segment on 60 Minutes Sunday night said that fruit has lots of fiber and vitamins that mitigate the negative effects of fructose.0
