Found site two week ago
I am so glad I found this site. It has been a big help to me in keeping track of my daily food intake. Mr Dr. told me to lose some weight, he didn't say how much, because my A1C test was to high two times in a row. Next test is in December so I hope I've lost enough by then. So far have lost 12 lbs and since finding this…

Protein
I'm having a bit of a problem keeping my protein count under my total for the day. Is this a bad thing? I don't go over by much. Will this affect my weight loss goals?

I have been looking into drinking the protein supplement Ensure that is made for older people. Reading the labels, there seems to be a whole lot of sugar in them. What is everyones opinion on this product?
