Lemon Yogurt Pie

A refreshing pie that is very low calorie:
1 32oz natural plain yogurt (I used Dannon)
3 tsp lemon extract
3/4 c splenda
3/4 c lite cool whip
Put the yogurt in a large coffee filter in a strainer over a bowl and let liquid drain out (I put mine in the fridge overnight)
Then mix all the ingredients together and put back into the yogurt container (or other container of your choice)
Let sit overnight to set well and then enjoy.
I've also made a pie out of these ingredients and put into a 6 in. graham cracker crust and let sit in freezer for about 2 to 3 hours or until set really firm.
Hope you like it!
