I ran across this in the store a couple weeks ago. Sparkling ICE flavored waters - zero calories. Anyone else drinking this? I just love it and it helps me get my water in almost every day. Don't like plain water so this has helped me a lot. I am not affiliated with this product in any way, just wondering if anyone else has discovered this product.

I've seen it recently at groceries stores where I live. I tried the grapefruit one, but I don't count it as my water intake...I just add it to the "Drinks" section of my diary. They do taste good though!

I use the crystal geyser sparkling lime mineral water. Love sparkling water! I think there is a bran "La Croix" as well that has some tasty ones.

Yes....I love these. The Blackberry and coconut pineapple are my favorite flavors. I don't drink them too much anymore now.

I too was not a fan of water and was a big time diet coke drinker. I used these to get off soda. Once I did that I stated adding a bottle or two of regular water into my daily routine while cutting back of these now I can drink 8+ glasses of water a day. My body craves the water now and I how no issues getting my water in; actually sometimes I feel like I drink too much water.

The reason I cut back was although there is 0 calories there is splenda in them and I have a huge problem with taking in too much artificial sweeteners and need to cut back. For those who struggle with water try Dasani it seems to have a little bit of a "sweeter" taste and makes it easier to drink. Once you start drinking it regularly your body will crave it and drinking any kind will taste good and refreshing!

I challenge you to try it for a week to see if you can change!! Just replace one bottle of your fizzy drink with water every day and see what happens….. Who’s in?

    ~ Good luck everyone

I don't have a problem with splenda - have used it every day for about 5 years and so far have had no problem. Although, maybe down the road, they will say that splenda causes cancer, who knows. In the meantime, I will continue to use splenda as my sweetner.
