Pumpkin snack

Made a pretty tasty snack this afternoon:
1/2 c pumpkin puree (not the pie mix kind)
2 TBSP Condensed Milk (not evaporated)
1 tsp cinnamon
1TBSP walnuts
2 TBSP cool whip

Mix all together, then put the cool whip on top. Has approximately 260 calories. Not too bad for a snack.

    That sounds yummy!! But high for a snack! I think I will steal and retool this with almond milk
  • Great stuff. I make this with almond milk instead of condensed milk, plus I add a scoop of soy protein powder to give it a great protein boost.
