  • I use hip hop abs with sean t. it is through the beachbody collection. the videos aren't just focused on abs though. they have cardio and hips buns and tighs also. it is easy as far as keeping up with the moves and learning but you can definatley feel the workout when you are done!

  • im finding it really hard to eat excersice calories mostly because it seems like I am defeating the purpose of working out and losing weight. can someone help me out with understanding why we should eat those excersice calories after I have already eaten the recommended 1200? anything helps!

I have folled everything and have been working out just about everyday...I just feel like I would be so let down if nothing has changed,:ohwell: but I am really trying to stay positive...ehhhhhh...Just gotta keep my head up and no matter what that scale says tomorrow I have to keep going!!:smile:

  • I have the same issue! I'm scared that my body will get into starvation mode if I don't eat those excersice calories, but at the same time I wonder how I can lose weight if I eat those calories... well... i guess we will have to see what happens!:smile:

  • The wii is fantastic. The sports game that you get with the console is a workout a lone! We got the family it for Christmas and we all love it! Especially the kids! :tongue: I would definately reccomend it!
