i've never found one! so i wear 2: a regular underwire bra with a simple TIGHT sports bra on top of it... works well for me

i just upped mine to 1410 (set it to lose 0.5lb a weeks since i have less than 15lbs to lose. haven't gained any weight and i feel so much better. not starving all the time and more energy. i'll up it more after i test this awhile

circuit training here on MFP closely matched the amount i got with my heart rate monitor. wish i had known they were so accurate before i bought it! but since it is an estimate, make sure you're actually working the whole time you input. of course it'll be wrong if you include the times you were just standing around lol…

invite them over to your place. cook, cook together, or everyone bring whatever they want and you eat what you need. after awhile, others should start hosting. i've had a lot of trouble with this also

exactly you'd need steroids. start with 5 pounds i suppose but i lift heavy to get max results

pretty darn accurate! i bought a HRM because i was worried but the numbers pretty much matched. MFP uses the same stats as the monitor. only thing thats better is that it also uses your heart rate but as long as you're actually working hard you should be fine. of course i'd be wrong if you stopped alot or just stood around…

lifting weights will give you great results! keep it up. women cannot bulk up without steroids because we do not have enough testosterone. SO DON'T WORRY! my body looked amazing when i used to lift weights. i lifted heavy for strength but it got my heart rate up which burned more calories. good luck!

i'm the same way! but i've slowly tried tasting new things. just close your eyes. that helps me alot! also, if it's the texture which is my main probably, try having things cooked differently. i hate mushy things so with eggs, oatmeal, rice and such, i just cook it longer so it's harder/thicker :) getting bored of your…
