I do 45 mins of circuit training, usually mon - thurs. This is were the overage come in. But on the weekend, mostly Sunday and Saturday, I'm over my calories. It's not by alot but I'll start paying closer attention. On the weekend its the "liquid french fries" aka alcohol that gets me.
