This is exactly what I need! I diet so well all week and on the weekends I mess everything up. I am going to extend this a little bit and have a Skinny Sunday too! Thanks for this motivation!

When I used the circuit training option and plugged in my 45 min. (I took off the 10 for warm-up and cool-down) it said I burned over 600 calories. Surely not! But hopefully so!

I did the Biggest Loser's Last Chance Workout today and I logged it under the circuit training, general. It said for my 60 min workout, I burned over 700 calories. Im 220 and 5'8. Hopefully yours and mine are both right...we'll be the biggest loser in no time!!
