I make mine up in baggies and freeze. Kale, spinach and fruit. Then when I'm ready to make it in the morning I dump it in the blender with a quarter cup of OJ, ice, and vanilla protein powder. Just tastes like fruit. Easy.

I'm with you. I'm 60 and started AGAIN on 03/17/14 at 220lbs. I would love to figure out how to make this work for the long term. I'm not sure how to friend request either but I'll try.

You are not alone in being terrified of another failure. I can lose just fine. But I can put that weight right back on and do every time. I've only been here for 3 days. I too hope this is the answer.
