  • I'm also in my recovery week. It's a nice break from the complete craziness of INSANITY but still challenging enough! How's your results looking? I haven't dropped any weight, but did lose some cm's/inches and I can definately feel an improvement in my fitness. Apparently all the "magic" happens in the 2nd month!
  • LOL, Love it!
  • I'm going to start this on Monday...Soooo excited! We're heading to Thailand mid July and I really want that Jennifer Aniston Just Go With It moment...there where they are at the waterfall and she strips down to her bikini and the guys are in awe because they didn't realise how hot she really is?:blushing: We're heading…
  • For me oats is only good for two things: Feeding horses and a home made body scrub. But my dietician reccomended that I add cinnamon, as it boosts your metabolism as well. Very conveniant - keep a stash of instant oats sachets, sweetner and a shaker of cinnamon in my drawer at the office, so I know that breakfast is taken…
  • So glad you asked the question! I'm at the end of week 3 of Ripped in 30 (which is awesome by the way) and was wondering what to try next. I love the workout, but miss my running and spinning classes, so I think I'll mix them up with some No More Trouble Zone workouts when I'm done with Rin30.
  • I finished day 6 of week 1 yesterday. First time I've done a Jillian workout and I am really enjoying it. Sweating like a racehorse and cursing under my breath (whatever little breath I have left mind you!) But it's so worth it when you can feel an improvement by the end of the week (and you really do!). I could've used a…
  • I haven't done 30DS yet, but recently started with Ripped in 30...Actually starting week 2 today! I don't see myself as a beginner when it comes to training and I run 10km races every weekend, but I seriously had to follow the moderator/beginner when it came to this DVD! I sweat more in 35 minuts of Ripped in 30 than I do…
  • Go have a look on Shape or Runner's World magazine's websites...they've got 10km Challenges that gives you a week to week training guide to run 10k in 12 weeks time or something.n You start off slow (it almost seems boring) and they work it up to 10km's. Some cross training and walking also included.
  • I'm waiting for my copy of Ripped in 30 from Amazon...hoping to start it soon! Would love to hear about the experience. Good luck!
