  • Take fiber in the morning before you eat anything... That is what I do and it helps me to feel full when I eat and not overeat... It also cuts back on the want to snack.

  • Well the dentist gave me a prescription strength toothpaste... apparently I have done that much damage to my teeth because I eat fruit all the time because I have reactive hypoglycemia so it's one of the few sweet things I am allowed to have.   • I actually take Flintstones vitamins. When I was pregnant I couldn't take prenatals because I couldn't keep them down and so my OBGYN told me to take Flintstones. And I can't keep down regular pill vitamins so I just take Flintstones! lol
