i too struggle with a sweet tooth but have been able to eat yogurt or sugar free popsicle or 1 square dark chocolate or something to curb the craving. It's very hard. I do it once a day and sweat the whole time. I also supplement with riding my stationary bike, but that is more for an energy boost than anything! I had this and it was sacroilliac joint pain. I went to a chiropractor and got lined out and I haven't really had any pain since then. But Ice 5-6 times a day for around 20 minutes each time, aleve, and stretches helped keep the inflamation down and then muscles around the joint loose.

This is so inspiring. I am 5'3'' and started at 165 in a size 11/12 about 30 days ago. I am already down 5lbs and and into a 9/10. I have 25 lbs left in weight but would love to get down to a size 6 again. I'm on my way to it.

WAY TO GO GIRL!!!!!!! I am the same height and started around the same weight as you. This inspires me to truly push to meet my goal. I would like to get down to 130 too but I would be happy with 135 as long as I am tone.
