I hear ya! I was stuck at 175.4 (or greater on some days) for over two weeks. Your body plateaus at different times. Anyone who has ever tried losing weight has experienced it. Retarted is an ignorant word. The term is used to tease and belittle less fortunate and mentally handicapped people who did not chose to be born the way they are. We should strive to be respectful of other people's feelings as well as their children who may have been born with different abilities.

Several people where I work have taken the injections and lost LOTS of weight and have kept it off for over a year. Not something I would try, dosn't seem healthy to me. My goal is to have abs that finally show. I know they are strong and I work on them alot. Need to get my body fat % down so I can see them. They are starting to become visible and my wife really likes them so far! Want to make her not be able to keep her hands off my stomach, that's my goal!

Your weight loss is amazing. You are to be commended on what you have accomplished with diet and exercise. You caught yourself before you completely went back to your old habits. Good job and best of luck on your ongoing journey.

I agree, ask them. I work midnights so if you are jumping on the floor at 9:00 a.m. it WOULD bother me as I would be trying to sleep. Not everyone works 9-5, so just ask them and I'm sure you can work something out.

Should be able to log a portion of it. If I have 3/4 of a serving, I just put in .75 servings. Etc.

Way to stick with it. I am to the point where I feel bad if I miss a workout. I always find time to squeeze it in somehow, even on the busiest of days.

It's my favorite movie ever. Have seen it 50 + times. I love the dialogue in the movie, just very well done. Usually people LOVE it or don't get it at all and turn it off 1/3 way through. There is not much middle ground.

Muscle tone is not a bad thing in a woman. I think it is sexy. Proves to me that she cares about herself. Put me in the category of liking Curvy women though. Don't like the stick look nor the "My muscles are big enough to kick your *kitten*" look.

Ours is the black and white model as well. Strange that we would get three bad ones.

I have mine in the corner of our spare room. Its small footprint is the reason I bought this model. Some of their models do take up a fair amount of space. Look at their website and take a look at models like mine which are without a bench. You still can get a very good upper body workout without a bench.
