This^^^ I get a good calorie burn in the class which is nice and it's fun. But, I like other fitness classes better such as RIPPED and Body Combat. But I am more of a kickbox kinda girl than a dance girl. Anything that gets your heart pumping is a good thing!!!

I love it. It motivates me to move more. It can be frustrating sometimes when the company is having bug issues they are trying to work out like recently. But I wouldn't give it up. I am addicted to it now.

If you are truly logging everything you are eating and measuring your food etc, you should be losing. I would recommend that you not eat under 1200 calories and eat back some but not all of your exercise calories. No matter what you are setting your fitbit on (normal vs sensitive) if you are tired when you get up and are waking up alot then there is an issue. I am 5'8". At my heaviest I was 241. I am currently at 198lbs. My goal right now is 160. Once I get there, I will reassess. I know that the weight charts say my healthy weight range is 134 to 164. I think 134 for me is unattainable and/or unrealistic. Good Luck!

You can get a GREAT burn using the elliptical machine. But as to running......I would think if you wore a really good sports bra or maybe two sports bras you might be ok. You'll just have to give it a try and see how you feel.
