My profile pics include my heaviest after having my baby and now. I gained 50-60 pounds and lost all of it and then some after each baby

5'10" my goal weight after having my baby was 160, I'm now 155, but with low body fat which means that even most size 4 jeans are baggy on me, you can look at my before and afters, I started at over 200 pounds after each of my children, the lowest I have been is 140's but can't for the life of me figure out how I got there!

first picture taken 2 months after I had my second child (I had already lost weight but started lifting at this point) last pictures taken 5 months later. I LOVE weight training!

Vegetarian for 3.5 yrs, went vegan but recently added Greek yogurt and the occasional egg whites into my diet since I'm really trying to boost protein without fat :-/
