If its only program wise there are a ton you can find for free on the net if you are willing to do the research. If its to learn proper form etc and you feel you can't get that from a video or a written description a session or two could probably point you in the right direction...

I've got various pictures on my profile if you care to take a look. My wedding one is around 108 pounds, fall one is around 120-125. Bare belly about 9ish months post partum after second baby. I'm 5'2"

I still felt chubby after losing 50 pounds and getting down to a healthy weight. It really is a mental thing and you just gotta try and learn to change your thought process as much as your external habits... Congrats on the 70 pounds!! That's a big accomplishment

I've got two of the pickiest eaters (the older one is starting to grow out of it a bit now). Even though I made baby food myself I have a hard time getting them to eat anything healthy. Especially the little one, its hard trying to teach them healthy habits when he turns up his nose at everything says ewe gross and refuses…

Way to go!!

. It depends on how you set your calorie goal. If you set yourself at lightly active etc its already counting the calories you would burn thro daily activity (what you would get off your pedometer) so if you added the pedometer burn on top of that you would lessen your daily deficit and slow your weight loss. Eta: I have…

I was actually contemplating about this the other day, how different people would view their own amount of daily activity differently as lightly active vs sedentary etc. Would be kinda cool if there was an actual guideline like if you take under x amount of steps a day you should set yourself at such and such an activity…

I think you could if you had your calorie goal setting at sedentary otherwise I probably wouldn't.

Really must depend on your health care provider. I know mine didn't say anything about the 10 I gained in a month till I brought up the fact I've been puffy and retaining alot of water. Really sucks that they make you feel bad about something that is suppose to be a special moment in your lives. As long as its not causing…

. Look at that teeny cute little bump!! I'm almost the same (29 week) and like 2 or 3 times bigger lol.

There's a good group on mfp as well for people on here who are in the family way called fit, fabulous & pregnant

Me and my hubby are kinda in that situation now. Although my ups and downs have all been from pregnancy/ppd ups and downs over the last 5 years. It's been tough but we've been sticking together. I would love it if he would actually try to help me out (he doesn't) but be works away ALOT so I'm stuck at home with our two…

Life sometimes gets in the way but the only real failure is if you give up altogether, welcome back!!

I didn't lose any weight but at the end of week 2 I had lost about an inch and a half off my waist (then I switched to turbofire lol)

Ahahaha. I went on depo when I was 16 to about 20 had a year before it came back had one, got pregnant didn't get it back for a year after I had baby. Had it for about 9 months. Got pregnant didn't have it for a year after that baby and pregnant again... Really only had like 3 yrs of it all together. Going to be a sad…

Bumping to try this. Looks totally awesome and like something my family would actually eat!! Lol

I can say personally at 5'2" I got down to 105 and now when I look back at pictures I was def borderline too skinny. (Fairly small frame pear shape). I ended up at 108 and maintained there till I got pregnant. If that helps at all lol. I feel I looked best at the 110-115 mark personally....

I went and looked back at a couple days of your diary and don't know if its a constant thing but you are pretty high on your sodium as well which could cause you to retain alot of water weight (especially if you aren't hydrating properly). Maybe try adding in some extra fruit and veggies and less of the processed meats?
-
If it makes you feel any better I never lost any weight (besides the initial I had a baby bit) until 6 months after both of mine. Something about the breast feeding actually made me hold onto weight until I wasn't exclusively breast feeding anymore. I've been there it can def be frustrating especially when you are eating…

I've heard this from a few friends as well, turned then from bright red to the faded look over night instead of it taking months...

All you can eat pop tart and Ice cream buffet...

I would probably recommend against turbo fire if you are having alot of problems with your knees. It involves alot of twisting and bouncing jumping etc that if your form isn't perfect will probably make the problem worse. That being said just about anything can be modified to make it work for you just need to know what…

You can get the same water weight loss using prep-h gel and Saran Wrap, plus its alot cheaper lol... As far as long term use and skin tightening couldn't tell ya...

Does it make me odd that I've never had any of these?

Carrot lol. Too funny

I think the cortisol levels (stress hormone) affect your leptin and ghrelin levels (hunger and satiety hormones)

My dad use to make peanut butter and miracle whip sandwiches  My favorite is the old go to of apples and peanut butter. One of my fav bed time snacks if I'm hungry. Love it in smoothies too.
