  • I tend to wait till they start stocking their things at places like Walmart etc but I'm from canada and always leery about the extra shipping charges and afraid of customs/ other duties that tend to get tagged on top of it...
  • This I understand, I get weird reactions to stuff like that sometimes too. I'm more thinking about the gross people who just can't be bothered too yuck. I always keep my paper towel to touch the handles with to open the door too. I also keep hand sanitizer with me for the places that inevitably run out of soap as well…

  • My newest favorite is cucumber and dill dressing... I tend to stay away from creamy dressings but I love this stuff and I think it would be awesome with salmon, may just have to try it myself tonight lol.
  • I tend not to really count sugar unless it's added sugar in junk foods. I refuse to feel bad about eating fruit etc b/c it has natural sugar in it and I'm pretty much always over the mfp recommendations... ETA: unless you are really trying to cut and be crazy fit the sugar in natural foods shouldn't really hinder weight…

  • Ripped in 30 has 4 levels. 30 day shred has 3. 30 days shred meant do spend 10 days on each level. Ripped in 30 you are meant to spend a week (5-6 days) on a level. :)

  • I've been kinda curious about this too. It seems to me that when they use calipers that they pinch up and measure what's under the skin not the skin itself so much. But like the other poster said even if its not 100% right on it gives you a general base to go by so you can tell if you are at least reducing body fat...

  • If you are breast feeding for alot of people I can make them hold onto weight rather then losing it. (I know it did with me both times even following a healthy diet and exercising). If that's the case just hang in there, if not I'm not really sure once I stopped bf my weight loss went back normal...
