  • Wow, congrats. I'm currently pregnant with my third and I'm a little freaked out about having 3 little ones and that's not even all at once. So kudos to you for any time you take to do something healthy and for yourself!!
  • I started having them at 14 weeks with this one, caught me totally by surprise. Asked my doctor and she said that it's totally normal lol.
  • I wanted to stay really active but was incredibly sick for the first 4 months then I hurt myself and was on bed rest but been cleared to do stuff so adding back ini walking for now. Wish I could do more but even light weight training makes me feel so exhausted I can't find energy to do anything else for the rest of the day.
  • If you are eating alot of fast food lately you are probably retaining alot of water weight from all the salt. (I know after one fast food meal I will usually put on anywhere from 2-5 pounds for a few days just from all the extra salt in it)
  • I'm proud because today I woke myself up early instead of sleeping in with the kids so I could get some of my cleaning done and have more time in the day to be active and hopefully sneak in some exercise.

  • I always feel like I'm working harder on an elliptical. I'm a shortie too and tried out a couple to find one with a comfortable stride length for my short legs.   • I had a little in the back of my thighs even at 108 pounds so I think for some people it's just there and nothing you can do about it...
  • I have sooo been there. My body refused to lose the weight while I was breast feeding with both. It started slowly dropping off after I added solids into their diet at 6 months but having to wait was really frustrating. (Edit to say: this was eating a clean healthy diet and with exercise 5 days a week lol)
  • My husband brought home a sweater from work the other day (promotional stuff they give away) and he's like here Hunny I brought you this it should be warm and cozy and fit you good. It was a men's Xl. So yeah ouch lol. I may be carrying really far forward but it's not like I've packed on 50 pounds ya jerk...

  • My son absolutely loves doing Zumba with me. He's a little dance machine lol. I also like doing plie (spelling?) squats with him, or ill lay on the floors and use him to do bridges or bench press him lol anyhing I can think of. Not sure about any actual programs tho...
  • I actually put my salads mixings into an old ice cream bucket (not the huge 4 lt ones but like the 1lt (I think) put lid on and shake. Does a great job or really getting the dressing onto everything while using less lol. Works like a charm.

  • I was thinking about buying slim in 6 but my mom had it so I watched (or tried to) one of the dvds when was at her house and thought wow this is so boring I could never stick to it so I saved my money lol. Insanity is def not boring!!!

I prefer the 90-10 lifestyle and I stay lifestyle b/c if I think of eating as a diet it makes life a lot harder then it has to be.   • Being in Canada kinda sucks for stuff like this sometimes lol.... I have all the seasons on disc :), they come out every year right around my birthday so I don't have to feel guilty about buying them my hubby does it for me hehehehe....
