Baby carrier, elliptical, GO!! Lol that's what I had to do, my little guy is incredibly needy!! (I found the forcing myself to even do a slow walk with him helped me to up my energy rather then make it worse)

Sounds like emotional eating... When you get the urge stop close your eyes and ask yourself am I really hungry, do I really need this and think about what you are really feeling in that moment... Unless they are really bad I don't know if a person would even really notice unless they were looking for them... (and if anything I would just think I'm glad that person was strong enough to be able to get to a better happier place and not let their past get in the way of how they feel about their self now)

I've been having crazy vivid dreams lately. I too can have some that are so real that I wake up mad at someone or what not but lately they have been a whole lot more real then that. (Which wouldn't be so bad if they hasn't also been incredibly freaky and disturbing)

I wouldn't compare it to weight lifting but I would say that it is def a form of body weight training. I noticed significant strength gains after doing it regularly as well.

I honestly prefer cooking and using grapeseed oil over olive oil. It has a higher flash point so less chance of over heating and causing it to cook bad and I find it makes a nicer salad dressing too. Oh there's a great book called cooking with spices for dummies. It has a ton of info on spices and herbs, how to combine them to get certain flavours, making your own mixtures and stuff. One of the favorite things I have in my kitchen :)

I started using pepper or lemon pepper. As long as its the no salt added kind. Lemon gives a kinda salty taste to things without having to go straight cold turkey (which for me was nearly impossible lol...)
