Does the baby bell shrink?

So, I had my son 28 and a half months ago (yikes) and since then I have lost 56lbs. I'm around 14 or so lbs from my goal but looking to tone up a hell of a lot more in that period.

My only issue is the bottom half of my stomach. No matter how much I tone, or how much weight I lose, it still sticks out a little if I look side on in the mirror, as if it's bloated, but 24/7. It's going down, but sticking out.

I had a fairly large baby (10lbs 8oz) and gained a lot of weight, so I'm not sure if it's caused by this, or the c-section birth, but I want it gone. I want to be flat, all down. No stickyoutness.

Anyone have any advice on what can combat this or why it's still there? Any tips? Any success stories etc?

* totally meant the baby 'belly' and not 'bell'.

It will get smaller but really how much it shrinks is really all up to your genes. I was border line underweight after my first baby and I still had a bit of a stomach pooch. I think it's just a matter of loving your body for the amazing things its done and not let it get you down if you don't have super genes lol. I know I don't!!

Congrats on losing so much baby weight, it's hard work you should be proud!!

Edit to say that there is a picture on my profile of my pooch after baby 2, that is me at about 125 pounds. It's there but not really that bad.
