Problem with getting tested they will tell you that it's in the normal range (which is huge) but you could still be really low. You should get tested but ask to know a specific number and that if it's on the low side if you can try low dose and see if it helps you.

I have before (not currently now) done that. I wouldn't eat anything after 6 so after supper I was done, really cut down on my night time habit of snacking out of boredom.

I've totally been in the same situation. Can't just do my thing and let them scream just makes me all stressed out, hate working out late or I am up all night. The only thing I've really found that works if I can't get in a workout while they are sleeping is kind of including him. Granted I don't get as good of a workout…

When it comes to morning sickness I know all too well what you are talking about. I also had to pig out on carbs to keep from feeling like I wanted to die... I'm having the worst time with my third. Still have about 20 pounds extra (a lot on my short small frame) and haven't lost anything really since September. Add me if you like. I've decided to stop only half trying and to really give it my all and really commit and push myself to get it off by his birthday.
