I did the GI Diet a couple years ago when I gained a bunch of weight. I can handle pet names as long as it doesn't get out of control. I usually refer to my husband as "DH" on boards but use his name in conversation. But don't get me started on couples baby talking each other because that sends me through the roof!

Am no expert but have done a lot of planks with my exercise class. Do you do the planks on your elbow? If so try doing them with a straight arm until you build stability.
