  • We are totally too young for all of this! I feel cheated somedays and just wonder, "why me?". But I TRY not to think to much like that because it can drag you down really fast. So I try to remain positive. We have to. I love to laugh and have fun and joke. It makes everything seem less daunting. I added you :flowerforyou:
  • Hi. I just went to see a Rheumatologist for my back...I have osteoarthritis in my spine. He said that I probably have fibromyalgia as well. Because I have pain throughout my body that is not related to my back. I was tested for all the other things, like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc ...and my tests came back negative.…
  • I have it, and used it a couple of times but stopped. Because it was giving me terrible stomach upset. Maybe I should have eased into it. I started off with 2TBS right off. No idea, but maybe I will try it again with a smaller amount first.
  • My son is allergic to soy, but he can eat soy lecithin and soy oil without a reaction. Not sure if that is much help but it must mean something lol. But gotta agree that most good chocolate should not contain any soy of any kind.
  • That, or looking for that good pat on the back and "atta girl"
  • Just keep at it. Your endurance will improve, and you will be stronger. When I started it I had a hard time with it too, and I had to modify. No big deal. I still lost weight and inches using it. I couldn't even do one push up when I first started 30ds....now I can do pushups. You don't see or get results by giving up too…
  • It doesn't make any difference to me how people log their food. I am here for me. If I log my food or not, It only affects me. No one else. That said, I log everything. Even "bad days". My choice. Whether others do or not has no impact on my weight or my food log. Do I have friends on my list that do it? Sure...does it…
  • incredible shrinking woman!! You look awesome!!
  • Such a great post, and just what I needed to read. Thank you!
  • a note on cleaning the juicer...might want to do it right away....it rinses clean and washes easily if you do it right after you use the juicer...if you wait the pulp gets dried and it is a bugger to get off!
  • I hear you!! I have not lost in weeks! It has been at least a month. But like I said, sometimes, I will drop a couple of pounds out of the blue and it seems to "catch me up". I am hoping that will be the case again. I have had some issues lately with constipation. Trying everything to remedy that, I am sure I would be down…
  • not really a fitness app, but i just downloaded "water your body" so I can remember to drink enough water.
  • It is good to know I am not alone in losing so slow. I have started a new work out DVD...well I am at least a week and a half into it. I had great luck with the first one so I hope for similar results with this one. Some one asked about the meds I am on. I take levothyroxine and cytomel. I am also on 5000 units of Vitamin…
  • 1 apples 3 celery stalks handful of spinach handful of kale 1″ slice of ginger I really didn't care for the ginger. The apple helps a lot with taste. 6 Kale Leaves 1 Cucumber 4 Celery Stalks 2 Green Apples 1/2 Lemon 1 piece of ginger I liked the lemon in this one...again ginger is optional. I found that I didn't care for…
  • I am one of the slow losers lol. I have been here since March. I will say however, that I do have Hashimoto's, which is a thyroid issue. So that definitely hinders my weight loss. Hinders...it isn't stopping it, but it is slower than most. Obviously. It has been very difficult to stay motivated and keep at it when most of…
  • Strange....I looked it up in the app store on my phone, and it is a free app with 4 1/2 stars. So yeah, I would say you missed something.
  • Thanks for posting this! I found the app, and it is such a cool idea!
  • I actually started "seeing" the results at the last part of level 2. I took two days off a week from doing it. I took before and after pics, and you can see the difference.
  • Excellent words! thank you very much! You are right, and even my son tells me not to compare myself to others lol. I am happy that I have lost any weight at all, and that I have stuck with this for as long as I have. I think I have done well so far. I am working hard and I should not be so hard on myself. I can see the…
  • I have single digit vitamin D too...taking 5000IU per day. I also have an underactive thyroid, so apparently I don't absorb Vitamin D, so should have been on D supplements long ago. Yes, my bones, joints, & body ached. I had depression, fatigue, weight gain, you name it. Also recently diagnosed with severe degenerative…
  • The T3 was ok
  • I have been the same way. I didn't lose pounds for the first two months. Then it just dropped. I was taking measurements, so I did notice a loss in inches which helped a little. I am losing at a very slow pace. But I have hypothyroid, and have for 18 years. Just changed up my meds, and it has seemed to help just a little.…
  • Completely agree! I have no idea why the people it bothers SO much can't just move on from the thread, instead of leaving their nasty comments.
  • I use circuit training or calisthenics.
  • Hi! My name is Lucy. I just started Ripped in 30. I have already finished 30 day shred and I had really great results, and I am looking forward to similar results from this work out. I just love Jillian! 1- My goals for the whats left of the week, are to get in more work outs through the weekend. I seem to want to rest on…
