It is pretty similar to 30 day shred. There are 4 levels in Ripped in 30 though. If you spend a week at each level then you will do the work out to 28 days. That works I guess. We will see how it goes. I will continue to take measurements and weights throughout. I hope I get similar or even better results :)

I just started Ripped in 30 today. I already did 30 day shred. Reading the posts here makes me a little nervous.

I have been eating back most of the calories. But think I may only do 1/4 of them. I have been losing so slowly. Too slow for me it is so frustrating!

Hi! How do I motivate myself? I come here and read success stories. That helps me stay motivated enough to keep going. I havn't bee reading them as much as I should lately. My weight loss has been so slow compared to others, and that gets really discouraging. But I try to just keep counting my calories, and doing my work…

This is pretty much the same as mine. I am 5'5" and my goal weight is 158. But would like to at least be around 135-140.

wow, I can think of a lot of beautiful women.

I can't see the pics either, but from your profile one, you look awesome! Your story had me teary eyed. Thank you for sharing it! So inspiring. What an amazing family you have!

I have been doing 30 day shred and I have lost 3 inches in the widest part of my belly, and 2 inches on my upper waist. People have really noticed the difference in my belly. But It wasn't instant. Didn't notice till the end of level 2. Plus I havn't done the 30 day shred in 30 days. I have taken my time with it. Started…

good to know. I already have a goiter. My dr.s never mentioned anything about certain foods. Ridiculous! I have had it for probably as long as I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism...which is 18 years. Had it biopsied as well because it causes me pain once in awhile. Everything was okay though.

HI. You don't "need" weights to do weight training. You can do calisthenics like you mentioned, pushups, sit ups, squats and the like. From what I have read, it does not bulk you up. You will gain more lean muscle which will help you burn more fat. Although it does take quite some time to actually gain muscle, so don't…

It is definitely different! The moves are more intense i think, because of adding the weights to some, and it just gets you right from the warm up. I had to pause several times during this level to catch my breath. It will be tough but I hope I see more results from this level too.

You still have half way to go so don't get discouraged. I didn't start "seeing results" until this week. Others have been noticing too. I just started level 3. So I have 9 days left. I was losing inches, and the scale didn't want to budge. But last week I lost 4 lbs. So just keep at it and stay consistent and you will see…

I started level 3 today! Woohoo!

Besides using the scale you should take measurements. I had a heck of a time losing pounds, but my measurements were moving. It was over 6 weeks before I saw the scale move in a significant direction. I was beyond frustrated sometimes. But I stuck with it and I just keep moving forward. If you stick with the watching your…

No worries! You will be just fine! I was just out of high school when I got pregnant with my son. I was 17 years old when I got pregnant, and I was 18 when I gave birth to him. I still stuck to my plan of going to college. I took a full load of college courses, and I went while pregnant. I had to take some time when I had…

I am still plugging away. I did day 7 of level 2 today. Almost finished with it. I have had a tough time getting through this level. All the work on the arms makes doing the last circuits so hard. But I am pushing through. I did the oblique twists without resting! Woohoo! I am definitely seeing results ladies! I am losing…

I am attempting to cut gluten out...that is somewhat difficult. I have cut soy out already because my oldest son is allergic to soy. He can however, eat soy lecithin, and soy oil. But only those two. So reading labels has always been a must for me. We always have done a lot of home cooking because practically everything…

I have been on both for several years. My Drs never mentioned it. I didn't seem to have any effects from they thyroid meds, but from the BC, yes.

Yes I do exercise and I do eat back my exercise calories. So yes I do eat more on exercise days. I didn't gain when I started eating more, I had already been gaining and losing the same 3 lbs. I have been at more calories for about 2.5 weeks now.

wow! You look amazing! Great job!

LMAO...love this

I'm not wearing panties...so its okay

well that is what I thought too...it seems to be a question from someone who is very young....but from what everyone here is saying....she is just a troll.
-
lol omg that is cool!

You have to be kidding me??! They have emoticons now? I have seen the ones that just say "pregnant" but no smileys lol I think the result would be different for some....maybe you don't want a smiley face for a positive...maybe a screaming smiley would work better?
-
lol and how has that worked out for you? :)
-
whatever...is this supposed to be your intelligent answer?
